This is a legal agreement between you ("Customer") and GetGuaranteedVisitors.com ("GGV").

By using any of our services, you hereby certify that you have read and agree to the following terms of service:

Service Rates:

The Customer acknowledges that the nature of the service furnished and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to the Customer. The Customer is aware that GGV may prospectively change the specified rates and charges from time to time.

Guarantees:

Search Engine Submission:

GGV cannot guarantee top rankings on any search engines. GGV guarantees that your website url and description will be submitted to over 100 of the leading search engines.

Website Traffic:

GGV cannot guarantee sales.
GGV will not be held responsible for traffic not delivered during any down time on a customers site for any reason. GGV will NOT issue a credit or refund under these conditions
It is understood that, a visitor will count as delivered once they access your site regardless of time spent there. If a visitor closes the window before it completely loads due to whatever reason, it still counts as delivered as we have sent the user to your site.
GGV will not will not deliver visitors to sites with 'popup' windows (unless a prior agreement between Customer and GGV has been made). This includes but is not limited to, pop under windows, JavaScript alert windows, any automatic scripting, frame busters, automatic bookmarking or downloads, any type of scripting that sets off anti-virus software or any other methods that interfere with our operation. If a 'popup' window is installed on the URL at any time, GGV may terminate the campaign and you will not be entitled to a refund.
GGV will not deliver visitors to sites containing illegal or questionable content (or content not suitable for the general public). This includes but is not limited to, hate text, illegal content and content that encourages illegal activities or violence. What constitutes inappropriate content shall be determined at the sole discretion of GGV.
GGV will not deliver visitors to any sites containing background music or sounds on the landing page. (Unless a prior agreement between Customer and GGV has been made)

Payments and Fees:

Establishment of this service is dependent upon receipt by the Company of payment of stated charges.

Refunds:

If we are unable to deliver the number of visitors promised, you may claim a refund. In the unlikely event that GGV does not deliver the number of visitors promised, we will provide a refund of your entire purchase price on a pro-rated basis. In cases where refunds are claimed, we reserve the right to require proof that the proper number of visitors were not delivered. Stats, data and other information from third party counters are not sufficient to establish a claim. These counting systems tend to yield an improper count. If we dispute your claim, you must provide us with RAW server logs from the site and time period in question - this is the only reliable method of counting a visitor.

At any time, if you are not satisfied with our services you may request a refund. A refunds will be issued for unused traffic credits only and will be on a pro-rated basis.

GGV's "Time Targeting" fee is non refundable regardless of the amount of visitors delivered.
